Yes, Li refers to Tianzi (天子), the characters in Chinese for Heaven/Sky (Tian 天) and child (zi 子). It means "Son of Heaven" literally, but in actual use it refers to the Emperor. See Son of Heaven. erc ^{talk/contribs} 04:51, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
