This was the fourth version of Tiny Basic that appeared in Dr. Dobb's Journal of Computer Calisthenics & Orthodontia, following the publication of Whipple and Arnold's Tiny Basic Extended (TBX) in January and February 1976 (Vol.1, No. 1 and Vol.1 No. 2), Greeb's Denver Tiny Basic in March 1976 (Vol. 1, No. 3) and Mueller's MINOL in April 1976 (Vol. 1, No. 4.)

[edit] Have you seen "WSFN (Which Stands For Nothing)"

In September 1977, I wrote a little program, which I called: "WSFN (Which Stands For Nothing) - An Interactive Programming Language for Control of Robots" I think I published it in DDJ either in 1977 or 1978. Subsequently, it was translated and published in a Japanese computer magazine called ASCII. Because it did not have a name, in a subsequent letter to DDJ Editor Jim Warren, I jokingly made up the name WSFN. This nonsense acronym was also used in the code listing that was published in DDJ too.
