Lha (Majuscule: Ԕ, Minuscule: ԕ) is a letter of the Cyrillic alphabet that was used in the Mordvin alphabet. It is equivalent to a voiceless Alveolar lateral approximant or a voiceless L /L̥/.
It looks like a cross-digraph of Л and a Х but it is not a composable ligature. It was released in Unicode 5.1 making the character extremely hard to see.
