According to the penal code of Guyana (§ 8.01, point 25, section 352) "indecent behavior" committed by men, either in a public or private sphere, will be punished with imprisonment for up to 2 years.[1] For attempted anal sex the punishment is 10 years and for anal sex life imprisonment is possible.[2]
