LGBT-welcoming church programs are programs by churches and synagogues that make an explicit attempt to include lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people in church membership and ministry.

In some cases, these programs are formally sanctioned by the denomination. In other cases, the programs may be groups within the denomination that are not formally recognized by the denomination. Lastly, there are ecumenical or para-church programs that are explicitly outreaches to LGBTs, but do not identify with any particular tradition or denomination.
