This is a great article. The only thing that I would suggest would be to maybe mention other similar types of legislation, especially any future or past legislation geared towards similar goals.--Andy Jain 01:39, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

I agree, this article is very thorough and very comprehensive. Two quick things though: you could perhaps use a few more dates, i.e. what year were Marcus Jinius Brutus and Cato the tribunes of the plebs, etc. Also, do you have a primary source? It might be useful to cite the actual writings of Cato on his support for Lex Oppia. That shouldn't be too hard to find. Other than that, great articile! ~Scott Hanna

You took your comments very well and improved an already very solid and comprehensive article. The only thing that could improve it is some direct citation of primary sources. Well done.
