Here are some tasks you can do:

    [edit] Neutral Point of View

I'm questioning the Neutrality of this article. The subject appears to be written to pay homage to Mr. Hester than an objective biography. Although the article contains citations from local newspapers, these articles are tributes made in the event of his death rather than objective articles about him. Also, some of the headings include "Tennis was his Passion", "Jacksonville needed an Extreme Makeover" to describe his role as head of a government reform commission that investigated a corrupt city government, along with other headings that don't seem to convey a neutral point of view.
