Lexin is an online Swedish lexicon that can translate between Swedish and a number of other languages. Its original use was to help immigrants to translate between their native languages and Swedish, but at least the English to Swedish lexicon is so complete that many use it for everyday use.
It supports bidirectional translation between Swedish and English, Albanian, Arabic, Bosnian, Croatian, Finnish, Greek, Kurmanji, Russian, Serbian, Somali, Sorani, Spanish, and Turkish.
