Hey Lewis. I see your post to Pascal's page. Well done for trying to solve a dispute by consensus, and not an edit war. You may wish to know that because he is not an administrator (neither am I, as he is not on this list: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Listusers/sysop&limit=1200) he can't ban you. That's a privilege only for administrators - special users who are allowed to enforce the rules. No sane admin would accept one request, without good reason, to ban a user. In other words, you have nothing to be scared of from him. Just because you're up against an experienced user in a dispute doesn't mean they can do anything against you. martianlostinspace 23:41, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

I add though... I'm not necessarily saying that I agree with your perspective on him or his arguments: I don't believe it's right for me to get involved in disputes I neither understand nor am concerned by. Though I would help you - if I could - in helping point out a policy or guideline, where he may be blatantly wrong. At any rate though, fear of being banned by him is like me issuinga death threat to you: I know absolutely nothing about where to find you, that would be impossible!martianlostinspace 19:08, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
