[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Basquiat.gif
Thanks for uploading Image:Basquiat.gif. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] Unspecified source for Image:Berkowitz12.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Berkowitz12.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 11:00, 3 January 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Nilfanion (talk) 11:00, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image:TheStranger BookCover3.jpg
Hello Lewiscode, an automated process has found an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, such as fair use. The image (Image:TheStranger BookCover3.jpg) was found at the following location: User:Lewiscode. This image or media will be removed per statement number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media will be replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. The image that was replaced will not be automatically deleted, but it could be deleted at a later date. Articles using the same image should not be affected by my edits. I ask you to please not re-add the image to your userpage and could consider finding a replacement image licensed under either the Creative Commons or GFDL license or released to the public domain. Thanks for your attention and cooperation. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 01:02, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:TheStranger BookCover3.jpg
Image:TheStranger BookCover3.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Taoist questions
Hi Lewiscode. I saw your userbox about being a taoist, and that suits me very well. I am doing a project in school and i would really appreciate if you could answer some simple questions:
1. What are the differences between a taoist and a christian? 2. Are we affected in any way by your religion, (I.e. about working on special times or similar) 3. How is your way of living? 4. What does the religion mean? 5. What is the advantage and the disadvantage of being a taoist? I sincerely thank you for reading this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.181.114.5 (talk) 09:50, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
