[edit] Added explanation of Hershey's order to draft protesters as why he became a focus of anti-war protests on campuses.

Hershey's career history was incomplete, I thought, without explaining "The Hershey Directive," aimed at drafting protesters immediately, and how it triggered more protests and put Hershey's name on a lot of the protester's signs seen on the evening news.
