Lewisuchus is the name given to a genus of archosaur which appeared in the Middle Triassic and was 3 feet long. This animal lived 209 mya. Some of the fossils originally assigned to Lewisuchus have since been moved to other genera, and the remaining portions may in fact be Pseudolagosuchus.
