Lewes Bonfire Night. A effigy of Admiral Lord Nelson is towed through the streets of Lewes by the Commercial Square Bonfire Society. Each year, each bonfire society constructs one or more effigies that are paraded through the town of Lewes in Sussex, before being burnt at one of the five fire sites around the town. Part of the Lewes Bonfire Night celebrations on the 5th November.
