The text can still be viewed at the history.
[edit] Deletion by administrator
The text can be viewed by any other administrator and can be undeleted with full history.
[edit] Hidden by oversight
The text can be viewed by anyone who has access to the server.
[edit] Permanently deleted by developers
Information can be permanently deleted by those people with access to the servers, but there is no guarantee this will happen except in response to legal action.
