[edit] Nine Inch Nails, man!

Hey. So, first off I wanna thank you for helping me out with the Nine Inch Nails Featured Article thing. I don't know if it'll be a successful nomination in the long run, but whatever happens I've really appreciated (and needed) your help so far. So thanks a bunch for that!

In other news, I'm trying to work on a bunch of NIN pages simultaneously. At the moment, I'm trying to fix up the YZ ARG pages and the NIN discography page. So, surprise surprise, I was wondering if you could help me out a little bit. You are after all, easily the most knowledgeable person when it comes to NIN this side of Mr. Reznor himself, right? =)

So, here's the two things I was hoping you could help me with: first, I'm having trouble verifying alot of the US chart info for the discography. The billboard pages don't really include everything, and it's really annoying. I'm just trying to verify (and cite) the info already up on the page, so it must've come from somewhere, I just can't find where. I put a bunch of [citation needed] tags throughout the Nine Inch Nails discography page, so if you know where I can find any of that info I'd really be appreciative.

Second, I'm trying to find pictures of the YZ ARG t-shirts that had the clues on them (there was at least two different shirts, right?). Problem is, I need to get a hold of the people who have the photos, not just grab them from somewhere and download it. I gotta have permission. So would you have any suggestions on that? Where to find them and how to get a hold of them?

I know your a busy guy, so if you don't have the time to help out I totally understand. But I thought I'd ask. Anyways, thanks either way, and keep up the great work at the hotline! Drewcifer 09:39, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Nine Inch Nails WikiProject

I'd like to invite you to join the newly-formed Nine Inch Nails WikiProject. There's alot of NIN-related articles on Wikipedia that could use a little attention, and I hope this project can help organize an effort to improve them. So please, take a look and if you like what you see, help me get this project off the ground and a few more Nine Inch Nails pages into the front ranks of Wikipedia articles. Thanks! [edit] Lost your email address...

... so hopefully you check this eventually. I was wondering, do you remember where/when Reznor made that comment about YZ being inspired by Public Enemy? Then he made that retraction soon after about how it wasn't a "goddamn hip hop album", and that he just meant a "wall of sound" kind of thing? I checked Archive.org the best I could, and I checked your TR updates archive thingie, but couldn't find it. Any ideas? Drewcifer (talk) 04:17, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
