[edit] Edit history
Hi Levanszzzz, I notice in the Traffic safety article that you have not given summaries (reasons) against your edits. You see when you click the page's history tab how most edits have a brief reason. This is achieved by filling the Edit summary: box on the edit page. I hope you don't mind me pointing this out to you - but a reason helps others to understand your rationale. [edit] Getting started
You mentioned in your message, which I have moved from my user page to my talk page, that you had just set off on the learning curve, I'm no expert myself, but here are some pointers...
- To locate help and guidance take a look at the comprehensive help page contents pages - they start at Help:Contents.
- Most of what you need to know to start editing can be found at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia.
- It's also worth looking through Help:Contents/Policies and guidelines to understand conventions and standards for content.
- For stuff about discussing articles, or communicating with other users see Help:Talk page.
- If, as you mentioned, you want to change your user name try Wikipedia:Changing username.
Good luck! - De Facto 07:47, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Please read this...
You need to see the vanity guidelines. Many of your edits are the addition of a self-published book written by one L Evans, your username. This is considered spam. Please do not add your own publications or websites to articles in Wikipedia, it is considered vandalism and can lead to you being blocked from editing Wikipedia.
