When I was a child living in Houston TX, a tribe of Stanleys lived across South Main St. from Playland Park. I don't know of any actual blood relationship, but I do know that everyone older than I was either an Aunt or an Uncle, and all of us kids were cousins; although I cannot now recall all the personal names, I called the King grandpa and Queen Grandma Jo. At some point, their son, my uncle Firecracker (born on the 4th of July [as was my Mother], became King. Although it has been many years, I am hoping the cousins of my childhood haven't moved on, as I plan to visit Houston in the near future and hope to find them there. casa 05:45, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
