Levan Kenia Georgian: ლევან ყენია (born November 18, 1990 in Tbilisi, Georgia) is a footballer for FC Schalke 04, in Germany's Bundesliga, after making his Umaglesi Liga debut for FC Lokomotivi Tbilisi, in the starting stages of 2007-08. He was signed for FC Schalke 04 officially in January, 2008, until 2012.
He made his debut in national team, in 8 September, 2007, against Ukraine national football team, replaced David Siradze. Levan is an attacking midfielder/playmaker. He is extremely gifted on the ball. Georgia's head coach Klaus Topmoller said he had never before seen a player of his age with such accomplished technical abilities.
He Scored his first international goal in 28 May, 2008 agaist Estonia.
Levan is also the nephew of former SC Freiburg midfielder Georgi Kiknadze.[1]
