Lev Milchin

Lev Isaakovich Milchin (Russian: Лев Исаакович Мильчин, 1920—1987) was a Soviet animated film art director and painter, pedagogue and Honoured Artist of the RSFSR.

He was a prototype for the main character (film director) for Film, Film, Film.
