Welcome!
Hello, Let's Migrate, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- Tutorial
- How to edit a page
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}}
before the question on your talk page. Again, welcome! Gwernol 17:17, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
The main purpose of Wikipedia is to build the encyclopedia by adding sourced information to articles. While it is useful to talk to other users to discuss how to imrpvoe articles, its important to note that Wikipedia is not a social networking site, like MySpace or Facebook. If you are only looking to make friends, its likely that Wikipedia is not the right place for you. If you are interested in helping to build the encyclopedia, you are very welcome here. I'd suggest you start by reading the links above to get a better understanding of policy. One minor note: when you edit a talk page (such as mine) please sign your message - this is really easy to do, just type ~~~~ at the end of your message. Thanks, Gwernol 17:30, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of Johnny carino's
A tag has been placed on Johnny carino's requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 17:02, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

Because no admin is going to unblock a sockpuppet, two requests is sufficient. To help you stop editing, I've protected this talk page. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 18:15, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
