[edit] Personal Gut Statements

My name is Chris and I have used Wikipedia in the past for research
and just recently gotten hooked into this deep community
a kind of people's movement of ideas and knowledge
a messy brilliant democracy-hive seething together toward truth, identity, and building a bridge
for that fat delirious queen of human consiousness.

[edit] Citizen Stats

Married with two great children
Using automotive technical degree in working for AAA inland/Washington as a fleet technician
A family friendly iconoclast
An intellectual grunt who would fardels bear
A Class war fomentor
who is still striving toward some semblance of citizen equality

[edit] Research

My first twist on wiki as an editor was to the American Automotive Association article
I was lost and felt like a kid again.
It brought back the feeling of being careful and critical in the gorgeous, bloody realm of research and intellectual collaboration.
The paltry sum and quality of that intitial edit I contributed was embarrassing, yet it has set off a hunger
I will begin to contribute, collaborate, toil through wikipedia on a consistant interval
