Talk:Let's Active

[edit] Several additions, a few subtractions
I generally fleshed out the history of the band, including lineup changes, but most importantly adding their final album. Since there is a separate article on Mitch Easter, I omitted some details about Chris Stamey and Sneakers, but left in the REM productions, which have broader significance. (Sneakers needs its own article, which I may start soon.) I did change the wording of the REM and IRS references, which seemed to confuse the timeline. (Let's Active was signed to IRS concurrently with Easter producing REM.)--emw 16:16, 21 Apr 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Left of the Dial
I heard that the Replacements' song "Left of the Dial" was about Let's Active. They were touring and Paul Westerberg fell in love with a girl from this band and wrote the song about them. In the song the band is called "Sweet Georgia Breezes". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.170.155.196 (talk) 01:56, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
