Lethbridge Centre is the oldest mall in downtown Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. The independently-owned mall consists of a two-storey complex housing various retail stores, professional offices and a 6,000 conference facility. Also attached to the mall is an 11-storey office tower, the city's tallest. The complex covers three city blocks and its main anchor is The Bay.
The main retail level — with a GLA of 30,658 m² (330,000 sq ft)[1] — and office tower were built in 1975 by Poole Construction of Calgary, and the second retail level was built in 1988. A two-screen Famous Players movie theatre opened at Lethbridge Centre in 1979 and was closed in 2005, around the time of Cineplex Entertainment's acquisition of Famous Players.
