[edit] Liner Notes

  • Track #1 was recorded at Orange Whip Studios in Santa Barbara, CA by Angus Cooke.
  • Tracks #2 and #3 are unreleased songs from "The Radio Still Sucks" sessions. "Song For A Mix Tape" made it on to End Is Forever in its full length form.
  • Track #4 was recorded at the Blasting Room in Ft. Collins, CO by Bill Stevenson, Stephen Egerton, and Jason Livemore. It was supposed to be on Short Music For Short People, a compilation by Fat Wreck Chords, but Fat Mike said "it's too emo." This song originally appeared on the "No Stars, Just Talent" compilation on Kung Fu Records.
  • Track #5 was recorded at Orange Whip Studios by Joey Cape and Angus Cooke during the recording of Blue Skies, Broken Hearts...Next 12 Exits. It was the only song left off the record.
  • Track #6 was recorded at Orange Whip Studios by Joey Cape. It originally appeared on "Happy Meals Vol. 2" on My Records. This was the first song that Kris Roe wrote when he moved to Santa Barbara, CA and the first Ataris song that Joey produced.
  • Track #7 was recorded at The Sandbox in Hollywood, CA on July 17 by Rick Parker. It was originally released on the "Metal Rules" compilation on Cooler Records. This is originally a Mötley Crüe song. Kristy "Krash" Mators of Pretty Boy Floyd played the guitar solo. This track was recorded the same night that Kris Roe hung out at the bar "The Rainbow" and wrote part of the song San Dimas High School Football Rules.
  • Track #8 was recorded in Kris Roe's apartment on Garden St. in Santa Barbara, CA during the last week of 1999.
  • Track #96 was recorded on a small cassette player outside of a Salvation Army in Concord, NH during a summer tour. Kris Roe was singing and playing into a payphone.
