Hugh Herbert, based on a story by Mortimer Braus entitled "My Mother-in-Law, Miriam". The music was by Cyril J. Mockridge and the cinematography by Lucien Ballard.

A husband on the edge of divorce tries hard to win his wife back. His son-in-law encourages the friendship of a childhood friend so that after the divorce he can move out. But husband wins in the end.
