Lester Trimble

Lester Albert Trimble (b. Bangor, Wisconsin, August 29, 1923; d. New York City, December 31, 1986) was an American composer of contemporary classical music.
He studied with Darius Milhaud, Aaron Copland, Nadia Boulanger, and Arthur Honegger. He later served as composer-in-residence with the New York Philharmonic.[1]
He also served as a music critic.
His music is published by ACA, Belwin-Mills, Duchess, Leeds, C. F. Peters, and Presser.[2]
