Lester Square (born Thomas W.B. Hardy, April 17, 1954, Canada) was the lead guitarist for The Monochrome Set. He also played keyboards, sang backing vocals, designed some of the band's record sleeves, and wrote much of their music. He had previously been in the original incarnation of Adam and the Ants, known as The B-Sides, which he left in 1978 to form The Monochrome Set. He has also briefly played guitar with The Invisible.
Hardy now currently teaches at North London Collegiate School as an art teacher. He teaches GCSE and A-level/International Baccalaureate students.
