The Lesser Wagtail-tyrant (Stigmatura napensis) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is found in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry shrubland and subtropical or tropical moist shrubland.
