Lesegno is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 km southeast of Turin and about 35 km east of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 868 and an area of 14.4 km².[1]
Lesegno borders the following municipalities: Castellino Tanaro, Ceva, Mombasiglio, Niella Tanaro, and San Michele Mondovì.
