Leptopelis palmatus is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is endemic to Sao Tomé and Principe. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, urban areas, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
