Leptopelis omissus is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Cameroon, Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Nigeria, possibly Angola, possibly Central African Republic, possibly Democratic Republic of the Congo, and possibly Equatorial Guinea. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, swamps, freshwater marshes, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
