Leptopelis kivuensis is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical swamps, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, swamps, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
