Leptopelis christyi is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Tanzania, Uganda, possibly Burundi, possibly Central African Republic, possibly Republic of the Congo, possibly Kenya, possibly Rwanda, and possibly Sudan. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, moist savanna, rivers, swamps, intermittent freshwater marshes, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.
