Leptodactylus pascoensis is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
