Leptodactylodon perreti is a species of frog in the Astylosternidae family. It is endemic to Cameroon. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rivers, intermittent rivers, freshwater marshes, and rocky areas. It is threatened by habitat loss.
