Leptodactylodon mertensi is a species of frog in the Astylosternidae family. It is endemic to Cameroon. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rivers, intermittent rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, freshwater springs, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
