Leonards Andžāns (born June 24, 1938) is a former Latvian football player.

Leonards Andžāns was a defensive midfielder who all his professional career played for FK Daugava Rīga. He joined Daugava in 1958 but he didn't get a chance to play with the main squad until 1963 when the team had been relegated to the first Soviet league. Between 1963 and 1968 he made 161 appearances with Daugava, scoring one goal.

For 10 years - until 1979 - football was not a serious part of Andžāns life as he concentrated on his work as a mechanic, but when Jānis Skredelis took over Daugava and after several years the club returned to Soviet first league, Skredelis offered Andžāns to return to Daugava in the position of club administrator. Until the collapse of the Soviet Union Andžāns remained with Daugava, now he works in managing the Latvia national football team.
