José Leonardo Ulloa (born 27 July 1986 in General Roca, Río Negro) is an Argentine football striker who currently plays for Olimpo de Bahía Blanca.
Ulloa started his career in the Argentine 2nd division with Comisión de Actividades Infantiles in 2002.
In 2005 Ulloa joined San Lorenzo and was part of the squad that won the Clausura 2007 championship. In the months following San Lorenzo's championship win Ulloa joined Arsenal de Sarandí.
