Leonard "Leon" Lewis Meredith (born 'Lewis Leon Meredith' February 2, 1882 in Pancras, London – died January 27, 1930 in London) was a British track and road racing cyclist who competed in the 1908 Summer Olympics, in the 1912 Summer Olympics, and in the 1920 Summer Olympics.

In 1908 he competed as track cycling racer. He was part of the team, which won the gold medal in the Team pursuit. In the tandem event he was eliminated in the semifinals. In the 20 kilometres race as well as in the 100 kilometres race he participated in the final, but did not finish.

In 1912 as well as in 1920 he competed as road racing cyclist. He was part of the team, which won the silver medal in the Team road race. In the individual road race he finished fourth.

Eight years later he participated in the individual road race he finished 18th. In the team road race his team did not finish.
