Leonard Leo

Leonard Leo (born 1965) is director of the Lawyers Division and executive vice president of the Federalist Society, and head of "Catholic Outreach" at the Republican National Committee. He also served as an advisor to President George W. Bush on judicial nominees. With James Taranto, he edited the book Presidential Leadership. Leo is a graduate of Cornell University and Cornell Law School.

He is also the uncle of David Joseph Maxham III, who is on the Board of Director's of the Centurion at Rutgers, Inc. and The Philoclean Society at Rutgers, Inc. Also the uncle of Michael Maxham who is an actor and and an extra in a new and upcoming series called "Teachers" He lives in Arlington, Va with his wife and 5 children.
