"Leonard Betts" is the twelfth episode of the fourth season of the television series The X-Files. The disappearance of a man's body from a hospital morgue leads Mulder and Scully to investigate the strange circumstances surrounding the man's death. However, for Scully it will lead to a horrifying revelation.

- This episode is notable as being the first where it is suggested that Scully may have cancer.
- According to Nielsen Ratings, the first-run showing of Leonard Betts has the highest recorded audience viewing figures of any episode over the entire nine-season run of the series; it was scheduled after Super Bowl XXXI.
