Leo Nolan

Leo Nolan (born August 18, 1972 Detroit, MI) is a United States heavyweight boxer.
As of 2006 Nolan has a record of 24 wins, one loss. Past opponents include Lou Savarese, Jeremy Bates, and Andy Sample, and he has won the IBU intercontinental Heavyweight title and the IBA Americas Heavyweight Title. He most recently was upset by unheralded heavyweight Hector Ferreyro. His career was delayed several years in the late 1990's due to a four-year stay in the Michigan prison system, after being shot 5 times by an off duty police officer. He was suppsed to fight Alexander Povetkin the last 05th May 2007.
