Leo Komarov (born January 23, 1987) is a Finnish ice hockey player in Finland's top professional ice hockey league (SM-Liiga). He was chosen in the 6th Round of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft, 180th overall, by the Toronto Maple Leafs.

After playing in different junior teams, he started his career in the SM-Liiga with Ässät. After winning a silver medal with Ässät in 2006, he moved to Pelicans.

Komarov was captain of Team Finland at the 2007 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships in Sweden.
