Leo Cullen (born 9 January 1978) is an Irish rugby union footballer who plays Lock Forward for Irish club Leinster Rugby and Ireland.

He re-signed for Leinster after two seasons playing for Leicester Tigers during the 2005/06 and 2006/07 seasons. He made 45 appearances for Leicester—10 as captain—and was apart of the squad that won the EDF Energy Cup and Guinness Premiership in 2007. He was also on the losing side in the 2007 Heineken Cup Final, when London Wasps defeated Leicester at Twickenham Stadium.

Leo went to school in the prestigious Dublin junior school, Willow Park.
