This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (DCGeist) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a very low resolution copy of a promotional photograph of a significant U.S. composer;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the photograph in any way;
copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the photograph; and
the image is significant because it illustrates the article's subject, Leo Ornstein, during a representative period of the many later decades of his 108-year lifespan and during the height of his period of rediscovery, as discussed in the article.
