I originally created this article, a long time ago. I QUOTED that section, now it is UNQUOTED. I don't know what happened, but it was not meant to sound like fact. It remains identical to the quote so should either be A. Re-quoted B. Re-Written to reflect NPOV or C. Be entirely taken out. I admit now that it seems to have little to do with the actual drink.
