Len George Koenecke (born January 18, 1904 in Baraboo, Wisconsin, USA-died September 17, 1935 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) was an American Major League Baseball player for the Brooklyn Dodgers and the New York Giants. He was beaten to death with a fire extinguisher by the flight crew of an aircraft he had chartered, after provoking a fight with the pilot while the plane was in the air.
