Career highlights

Len Crane (born February 7, 1928) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for South Melbourne and Hawthorn in the VFL.

Crane made his VFL debut in 1947 with South Melbourne and played as a half back flanker. After four seasons with the club he moved to Hawthorn where he was used at full back and went on to represent Victoria at interstate football in both 1953 and 1954. In 1954 he finished equal 6th in the Brownlow Medal count.
