Talk:Lemuridae
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Well it depends who we are. It is the standard for how we do things on the NL wikipedia. Consider; what is the point of the box OTHER that to provide a context. The body is where you want to tell ABOUT your subject. With Lemurs, the genus belongs with the family therefore in the body of the text. GerardM 14:08, 25 Feb 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Added reference about hybridization in Eulemur
It seems to me that this is an interesting thing to note about lemurs in general, so I put the reference under Lemuridae, but it could just as easily (or as a duplicate) on under True lemur. Hmmm, it just occurred to me that the best way to do it might be to put a general statement in Lemuridae and the specific reference in True lemur.
