[edit] Lemon Curd

I wouldn't have called it custard-like, as that implies it is like custard, which to be honest, gives entirely the wrong impression. You wouldn't put custard in a sandwich, would you? Whereas lemon curd is the ideal sandwich filling for today's fast-paced consumer society.

I would also have put in more about how it is possibly the most delicious spread ever, and is like heaven in gooey yellow form.
